During my time at Lambda School(now Bloom Institute of Technology), I helped Software Engineering students navigate Lambda School's Full Stack Web Development course. As a Team Lead my day consisted of helping students better understand their code, troubleshooting bugs, and holding space for everyone to communicate how they are feeling about their journey.

Prior to working at Lambda, I co-founded an online food marketplace that featured small and independent vendors, with the goal of creating hyper-local sustainable food distribution systems in NYC. Outside of technology, I worked in fashion for over a decade and in children's education.

I'm excited about the future and, as someone who grew up farming in rural Mexico, feel extremely lucky to be working in technology.
