Pratekk Agarwaal is a seasoned entrepreneur and fintech expert, boasting over 20 years of multi-industry experience in setting up and scaling successful businesses, with a focus on the financial services domain. He has held key positions with leading fintech and NBFCs such as Bajaj Finserv/Bajaj Finance, Fullerton, Selfin, IndoStar Capital, ftcash, and BharatPe.

Pratekk is the Founder and Managing Partner of Trutes Advisors and early stage fund - GrowthCap Ventures . In his current role , he actively works with founders , startups, NBFCs, and VCs as an advisor, operator investor, and business consultant, helping promising founders scale and accelerate their go-to-market strategies by at least 4x. He leverages his deep network in the financial services, payments, insurance, fintech ecosystems, FMCG, Pharma, and IIMK Alumni network for hiring, generating demand and supply (equity and debt).

Pratekk has a ground-up understanding of fintech, NBFC, insurance, financial inclusion, and agritech businesses, having served in senior roles managing sales, product, GTM, partnerships, risk, compliance, and collection teams. He has launched and managed products covering secured and unsecured lending across rural and urban customer segments, including LAP, consumer lending, MSME, SMB, POS, and supply chain finance.

He has been on the other side of the business as well, which helps him alter GTM strategies to make the product more successful and increase market penetration in the small ticket, high-yielding product segment by building a team of experienced individuals and using new-age technology.

Pratekk is an alumnus of IIM-Kozhikode and has academic qualifications as a Computer Engineer and Post Graduate in Marketing.
