Portland, OR – Wilderness Labs Inc., the creator of Meadow — Secure, Production-IoT for Every Developer announced today that it has closed a seed round of funding totaling $3,300,000 with Microsoft and Xamarin as investors. The funding will be used for customer acquisition and to continue developing its platform.

Founded in 2016 by Bryan Costanich, the former executive at Xamarin and his team of engineers have a mission to make hardware development as fast and easy as web or mobile. With Meadow, developers can create sophisticated embedded-IoT solutions in a fraction of the time and cost as traditional approaches while providing organizations with the ability to securely manage those devices in the field at scale with Meadow Cloud.
