Toronto, Ontario – Birdseye, a software development company based in Toronto, Canada has announced the completion of its pre-seed funding round. The round was led by Drive Capital and raised $500,000. Co-founder Matt Bogoroch stated that “This funding will help us accelerate our mission to make e-commerce simpler and more profitable for businesses.”

Birdseye develops software and machine learning applications for e-commerce agencies and businesses. Its first app is Birdseye, an all-in-one solution to run your e-commerce business and understand your customers. Birdseye takes the guesswork out of digital advertising to help businesses save money, grow revenue, and reach their target audience.

The team at Birdseye is excited to use this new capital to expand its product offering and continue developing innovative technology solutions for e-commerce companies around the world. With this investment, they are planning on doubling their engineering staff as well as hiring additional customer success personnel to better serve their growing customer base.
