The Atlanta-based startup, OXOS Medical, has recently secured $23 million in Series A funding from investors Intel Capital and Parkway Venture Capital. The company's flagship product, the OXOS Micro C, is the first-ever handheld X-ray system faster, safer, and smarter than conventional C arms.
The OXOS Micro C received FDA 510k clearance in 2021 and has entered the $50 billion U.S. diagnostic radiology market. It brings radiologic diagnosis to the point of care with a handheld X-ray that operates safely without a radiation suit. The cloud-based OXOS Platform offers growing capabilities for on-demand image management, telehealth collaboration, and delivery of AI diagnostics.
With this latest funding, OXOS Medical plans to expand its product offerings and continue to transform the medical imaging industry.
The company aims to make medical imaging more accessible and convenient, ultimately improving patient care and outcomes. Visit us for the latest funding round: https://founderlodge.com/round/OXOS-Medical-raises-23000000-Series-A-2023-04-06-Gregory-Kolovich-MTE5OTA
