RealSage, a Toronto, Canada-based provider of knowledge intelligence and AI solutions for the multifamily real estate industry, has raised $1.6 million in funding. Plug and Play Tech Center led the round, with participation from Golden Section - Venture Capital Fund.

RealSage, led by CEO Arunabh Dastidar, is a provider of knowledge intelligence and AI options for the multifamily actual estate trade. To assist asset managers make more data-driven decisions and optimize their portfolios, the platform employs machine learning algorithms and predictive analytics. RealSage, which focuses on eliminating manual processes and fostering collaborative workflow, is already being used by 100+ buildings in North America and is being adopted by industry players such as GreySpring Residences, Drewlo Holdings, and Oxford Properties.

The funds will be used by the company to expand its operations and provide its solutions to additional asset owners and managers throughout North America.
