Profility, a Dover, Delaware-based enterprise-grade platform with a full suite of post-acute care connectivity solutions and tools, has raised an undisclosed amount in a Series B funding round.

Valitas VC led the round, which included existing investors as well as the founders. The funds will be used to accelerate the company's entry into the US market. The company also announced that Yaron Itzhari, Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Valitas VC, has joined its Board of Directors.
