GeoPura has announced the closure of a $43,299,000 funding round. GM Ventures and Barclays Sustainable Impact Capital led the round, with participation from SWEN CP and Siemens Energy Ventures.

GeoPura has a zero-emissions solution for generating and distributing the massive amounts of energy required to decarbonize our global economies.

It is critical to support a rapid transition from fossil fuels by producing 100% emissions-free energy independent of the grid. Renewable energy off the grid will pave the way for decarbonizing transportation, construction, and the events industry.

The founder of GeoPura, Andrew Cunningham, disclosed that the funds would be used to mass produce Hydrogen Power Units with partner Siemens Energy, increase the production of green hydrogen to fuel the units, and drive green skills across the UK, all while supporting the technology's global deployment.
