Forme Financial, a wealth management platform for physicians based in New York City, has emerged from beta as Earned, with $12 million in Series A funding. The round, which totaled $18 million, was led by Hudson Structured Capital Management and Breyer Capital, with participation from founding partner Juxtapose.
Earned, led by Co-Founder and CEO John Clendening, offers a tech-enabled, comprehensive wealth management system designed specifically for physicians. The service combines deep predictive technology and a comprehensive set of financial services to continuously optimize financial decisions across all aspects of their financial life, including their career.
The funds will be used to expand the company's services to become a one-stop shop for physicians, providing access to high-fidelity investments, tax preparation and filing, insurance optimization, debt management, lending solutions, and career counseling. Its proprietary wealth engine will be tailored to the specific goals and circumstances of each physician, connecting the dots across all aspects of wealth and optimizing against known client outcomes. The company will also help physicians understand the implications of major career decisions such as entering private practice or choosing between multiple job offers.
