Veloce Energy Raises Undisclosed Amount in Series A Funding for FastGrid EV Charging Platform
April 10, 2023
Veloce Energy, the California and Colorado-based creator of the FastGrid infrastructure platform, has raised an undisclosed amount in a Series A funding round. Ecliptic Capital and ITOCHU International Inc led the investment.
The FastGrid platform simplifies the design, installation, expansion, and operation of grid edge systems, reducing the time and cost to deploy and operate EV charging stations and commercial and solar storage. The platform includes leading fire-safe, modular, compact bi-directional energy storage systems, modular installation systems, and integration and operation software.
Veloce’s interoperable charging station infrastructure utilizes open standards and enables EV station operators, fleets, site hosts, and utilities to dynamically manage EV charging and other loads, enhancing existing grid resources. This allows for greater flexibility and efficiency in using energy resources, which is particularly important as more electric vehicles enter the market.
Veloce Energy aims to play a significant role in reducing carbon emissions and advancing the adoption of electric vehicles. The company’s FastGrid platform is an innovative solution to deploying and operating EV charging infrastructure challenges. With this Series A funding, Veloce Energy is poised to continue its growth and development in the renewable energy space.
With the support of Ecliptic Capital and ITOCHU International Inc., Veloce Energy is well-positioned to drive innovation in the EV charging industry and help accelerate the transition to a more sustainable energy future.
