Jamil is the CEO and cofounder of the AHOY team that is building the next decacorn; a revolutionary startup known as AHOY. He also founded the 24SIX9, a startup lab challenging norms and aiming at real innovation and social uplifting. He is an international serial entrepreneur with an educational background in urban and regional planning engineering, he operates with a focus on leveraging GIS, sustainability, security, energy and economic development; he minored in Disaster mitigation using satellite remote sensing. Jamil graduated from the University of Dammam with honors where he lectured for a few years after completing his studies in addition to mentoring a bunch of startups, advising some family groups and businesses in oil and gas and petrochemicals.

A successful businessman with a true pioneer spirit, Jamil had his first startup in hardware when he was 16 and has had many successful exists where most of them are still profitable and operational; he invests the majority of his exists and has invested in startups as an Angel investor throughout the world.
