Founded by Jascha Zittel<\/a>, Mercu aims to revolutionize the way businesses manage their deskless workforce by providing fast, automated onboarding and training processes via the chat apps people use every day. With Mercu, businesses can reduce their manual communication and admin overhead by automating compliance and SOP training, creating training documentation, and running engagement surveys all through a chat-based interface.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
